Our advisory services in this area will allow for organisation or improvement of the accounting department at the Client’s office. We can analyse the existing situation and discuss its strong and weak points during a meeting as well as propose possible optimisation activities.

As part of organising and supporting the accounting department we will also:

• support the accounting department and take over (e.g. temporarily) the chief accountant’s tasks,
• assist in organising work and dividing responsibilities among the accounting department’s employees,
• assist with hiring appropriate employees for the finance department,
• design document workflow for the finance and accounting departments,
• develop internal control procedures,
• create standard reports, including management accounting projects (detailed cost accounting and calculation of product costs),
• develop internal reporting systems for management.
